At Vella RadioLinks Ltd., we aim to provide excellent customer service, but we understand that returns may be required. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Duration of Return Policy: Customers have 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a return.
• Restocking Fee: All returned electronics are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Labor Fee for Equipment Conditioning: Returns requiring additional work to restore the equipment to a sellable state will incur an hourly labor fee. This includes but is not limited to the removal of labels, cleaning, or any other necessary restorative tasks.
• Packaging Requirements: Items must be returned with adequate packaging and include all accompanying components, as well as any promotional items received.
• Condition of Returned Items: All returns are subject to inspection for quality. Items must be in the same condition as received, without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. If an item is deemed unsatisfactory, the return may be rejected.
• Right to Refuse Returns: Vella RadioLinks Ltd. reserves the right to refuse returns at our discretion. If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status. If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within five days. Shipping fees, shop supplies, and any labor/shop fees are non-refundable.
